Why would someone order extra parts if we have a Lifetime Heirloom Guarantee?
There are a few reasons. The first is because we have many customers that live outside of the United States. When these folks order, they want the extra parts because it is more cost effective for them to order them with their mill. They also know that they can receive them at that time, whereas the future may be uncertain. Second, the cleaning procedures of grain in other countries are not the same as it is in the US, so there are a lot more foreign media in the grain; i.e. small pebbles. Finally we have customers that like the insurance of having extras on hand just in case.
How does your mill compare to others on the market?
The main difference is in our grinding burrs. On our larger mills the burrs are machined from a hardened alloy steel. Because of their size and design, machining gives them a very strong edge. All of our burrs include our Lifetime Heirloom Guarantee. The other real difference is how we manufacture the mills. We specialize in precision machining and this allows us to produce a mill that will last.
