Shipping FAQ & Requests
Because we invest a lot of time into crafting your mill, it may take up to 8-10 weeks to ship—but rest assured, we will get it to you as soon as possible. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is on its way.
We currently ship to all 50 states and all over the world! International Customers, please understand the charge for shipping is for shipping cost only. It does not reflect any taxes, duties, brokerage or any other fees that may be assessed by individual carriers and/or countries. We have no control over this nor can estimate when a package will clear customs. We will provide you with tracking information when the package ships.
